PUTRAJAYA, Feb 22 — Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, who helmed the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) before being appointed Finance Minister II in December 2023 following a Cabinet reshuffle, sees himself more of a technocrat than a politician.
